On August 11th, 2018, Zheng hualing, Zhu fengping, Zhang shijin and Chang juntao, the audit team of Taier certification center, an authoritative certification institution in the domestic communication industry, conducted on-site audit on the operation of QEO management system of our company in accordance with GB/T 19001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015), GB/T 24001-2016 (ISO 14001:2015) and GB/T 28001-2011 (OHSAS 18001:2007) standards. Combined with the actual operation of QEO (quality, environment, occupational health and safety) management system of our company, the main contents of this system audit are: quality management system (QMS) supervision audit/standard conversion, environmental management system (EMS) re-certification/standard conversion, and occupational health management system (OHSMS) re-certification. After a four-day tense and orderly site audit and verification, the assessment teams think , on the whole, the new integrated management system documents is sufficient and appropriate operation orderly and controlled, run results effectively, compliance, and to the company in the system construction, document writing, resources guarantee, operation control and improvement of standard operation shall be the affirmation, unanimously recommended by changing and recertification audit (supervision).

    Through this audit, the company also exposed some problems and deficiencies in the QEO management system operation process. Based on the principle of the lines, continuous improvement, the company has organized relevant departments to team conducted a process-based nonconformities and questions for careful analysis and rectification, and will take this opportunity to further strengthen management personnel at all levels for the new management system document study and understanding, strict standards, making management processes, strengthen the process control, standardize management, promote the connotation of the management, to ensure that the company integrated management system for effective operation.
